Continuous Improvement EngineerCornwall£55,000 - £58,000 + Bonus + Relocation Support
A leading manufacturing company is seeking a driven Continuous Improvement Engineer to deliver measurable operational improvements across the site.
In this role, you will lead and facilitate Kaizen activities, drive sustainable KPI improvements, and support performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Working closely with the DBSL, you will apply DBS fundamentals and Lean tools across Reliability, Operations, Supply Chain and Materials to close performance gaps and strengthen daily management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead value stream Kaizen events and drive PSPs and action plans
- Facilitate Kaizens aligned to a prioritised improvement funnel
- Mentor associates and support development of Certified Practitioners
- Embed Visual & Daily Management to improve KPI performance
- Act as deputy to the DBSL when required
