The Role:

• Minimum 3 years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor
• Manage your own caseload with a proven track record as a fee earner
• Handle freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders
• Deliver matters efficiently, meeting time and fee targets
• Support and develop assistants and paralegals
• Confident handling client enquiries face-to-face, remotely and by phone
• IT literate with experience using web-based case management systems
• Commercially aware with a focus on fee generation and business targets
