Morson Edge are working with a well known consultancy who are seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their Water division.
Role - Managing QS
Location - Essex and Suffolk (Office Chelmsford).
Salary - £75k to £90k + Package
Essential experience needed:
- Extensive commercial experience within a contracting environment.
- Degree qualified or equivalent in a related subject.
- Significant experience of managing a successful commercial team.
- Experience at senior management level, you will be able to demonstrate leadership qualities that promote an environment for excellence.
- Experience & Knowledge of IT reporting systems.
- Proficient in contract management and risk assessment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
