Lead Enterprise Data Architect

A leading London Market Insurance firm is looking to hire a Lead Data Architect to join their growing Data Architecture team to share the enterprise-wide data architecture. You will provide strategic direction, influence and guardrails to enable quality and well-governed data outcomes across the business. This role is more focused on working through influence, governance and collaboration rather than owning or delivering data solutions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Financial Services Experience is essential

Strong experience shaping enterprise data architectures

Significant experience in governance, MDM, metadata, lineage, modelling, quality management and data security.

Have experience in cloud data platforms

Have an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting data

Strong stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical skills

Experience in leadership and shaping architectural direction

Knowledge of Databricks, Azure, SQL Medallion Architecture and AI Fundamentals
