The Head of Talent and Culture role:
Part of the People and Culture team, the Head of Talent and Culture is a strategic and innovative role at Migrant Help. You will be responsible for the Talent plan for our ever-growing charity. As an inclusive and collaborative leader, you will ensure the delivery and implementation of Migrant Help s newly agreed 5-year strategy and support making us a Great place to Work. Through effective communication and partnership, you will collaborate directly with the Charity s SLT to identify and create a robust talent plan for the organisation. The role will also identify any specific OD approaches and content needed for delivery via the Leadership Academy.
