Location: WokingPosition: Residential Conveyancing SolicitorExperience: 2-3 years PQE preferred, but all solid candidates considered

Our client, a growing law firm based in Woking, is seeking an ambitious and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding the firm's presence in the local market while managing a high-quality residential caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other associated transactions.
• Confidently oversee files from instruction through to completion.
• Achieve financial targets while delivering exceptional client care.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and other professional contacts.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the Woking office.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
• Initiative in generating new business; a following of work is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to outstanding client service.
• Proactive, commercially aware, and eager to support the continued growth of a progressive firm.
