Title: Housing Solicitor
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
An established Legal 500 firm is expanding its highly regarded housing litigation team in Manchester and is seeking an experienced Housing Litigation Solicitor (or equivalent) to join its growing practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a housing law specialist looking to work on meaningful litigation while progressing their career within a supportive and highly regarded team.
The Role
In this role you will be working on a varied and high quality caseload, advising and representing social housing providers across England. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues, handling complex and rewarding matters, including:
- Housing Disrepair claims
- Anti-social behaviour injunctions
- Environmental Protection Act prosecutions
- Possession proceedings
About You
You will be a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with existing expertise in housing litigation and be enthusiastic about this area of law.
