Tradewind are an education agency who work with schools across Luton who are looking for passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join them both immediately and in September.

You will gain practical, hands on experience in the classroom and learn from experienced teachers.

As as Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working with children with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, MLD and other learning difficulties.

No prior experience is required but is of course welcome. Experience with children in other settings would also be welcomed.

For the strongest Graduates, these roles will often lead to schools supporting you with teacher training.

We currently work with Primary, Secondary and SEN schools and will work closely with you to find the right position at the right school.

What's on offer:

• Regular work in Luton

• 90-100 per day, depending on experience

• Weekly PAYE pay

• Flexible part-time or full-time opportunities as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant.
