  • Manage a varied respondent employment law caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Advise commercial clients on redundancy processes, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance issues, contracts of employment, policies and day-to-day HR advisory matters
  • Conduct and manage Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to resolution
  • Work closely with the Head of Department and collaborate with colleagues across corporate and commercial teams on transactional employment issues
  • Deliver commercially pragmatic advice aligned with clients' business objectives
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships
  • Maintain high standards of client care and compliance with risk management procedures

  • Qualified Employment Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE
  • Experienced in managing a respondent caseload independently
