- Support the Financial Controller in overseeing the Accounts Department and overall financial operations.
- Manage a small team of three, including delegation, workload management, training, and technical guidance.
- Assist in preparing financial statements under UK GAAP and support year-end processes, including liaising with external auditors.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly management accounts, debtor reporting, and weekly cashflow forecasts.
- Oversee effective cash management to maximise interest on surplus funds.
- Develop and maintain accounting systems, policies, and procedures to support the business's growth.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Financial Controller and wider finance team as required.

- Provide technical support to the finance team and wider staff.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required by the Financial Controller.
