Location: Fareham (3 days a week in office)

We are a specialist healthcare recruitment business dedicated to delivering high-quality support to both our clients and candidates. Over the past 12 months, we ve grown to a team of four consultants and are continuing to scale in a measured and sustainable way.

As part of our continued growth, we re looking to bring in a Recruitment Consultant to lead and develop our healthcare desk, working closely with providers and candidates to deliver meaningful, lasting placements.

The Role
You ll take charge of recruitment for all healthcare roles within our growing client base. You'll manage and grow relationships with existing clients, whilst also selling our staffing products & solutions to healthcare organisations that we re not already speaking to.
This role is perfect for a Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first, sales-led environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with existing healthcare clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top-tier clinical and support staff
  • Win and develop new business within the healthcare sector using a mix of outreach channels (we have an incredible sales tech stack!)
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process: from sourcing and screening to closing offers
  • Build deep candidate networks within healthcare
  • Deliver a 5-star experience to clients and candidates alike always
  • Stay close to healthcare sector trends and continuously share insights with clients

About You

You ll have:
  • Proven track record of winning new business
  • Confidence in cold calling and using multiple channels to generate leads & win business
  • Experience placing candidates in healthcare roles
  • A commercial mindset you understand the value of B2B relationships
  • Grit and resilience you keep going when it gets tough
  • A proactive, ownership-first mindset you want to build and own your desk

Package:
• Starting salary of £26,000 - £38,000 (including car allowance)
• Commission = 25-35% (uncapped)
