Location: Near StanstedDuration: Approx. 3 weeks initially, with potential extension to 1-2 monthsStart Date:Monday 16th March (with flexibility for a meet & greet beforehand)Pay: £15.50-£16.50 per hour (experience dependent)Hours:8:30am - 5:00pm, full-time

We are delighted to be supporting a well established organisation within the education sector as they seek a confident and capable Executive Assistant to provide high level support during a particularly busy period.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive support including diary management, inbox oversight and document preparation
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel and events
• Produce high quality correspondence, reports and presentations
• Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
• Liaise professionally with staff, stakeholders and external contacts
• Support governance-related administration where required
• Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We Are Looking For

• Enhanced DBS already on file (essential in this environment)
• Proven EA or PA experience supporting senior leadership
• Experience within the education sector is highly desirable
• Availability to start Monday 16th March
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A proactive, positive approach and excellent attention to detail
