The FX Transformation team specifically delivers strategic change across Foreign Exchange asset class from a front to back perspective. This Vice President role plays a critical leadership role in driving and delivering strategic transformation projects across the FX Operations team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
The FX Transformation team collaborates with stakeholders across Operations, Technology and Business Unit, to apply first class project management techniques with a spirit of continual improvement. The team delivers change to enable and protect business revenue, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, realize cost savings through efficiency and renovation and reduce risk to the franchise.
The FX Transformation team focus on business requirements, process design and optimization, user acceptance testing, and implementation and post implementation risk mitigation and management.
