Shift: Monday Thursday
Hours: 18 00 (48 hours)
The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Composite Trimmer to join a high-performance composites business on a permanent night shift.
This role will focus on trimming, finishing and preparing composite components to the highest quality standards within a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Trimming and finishing composite components using hand tools and air tools
- Working from engineering drawings and trim plans
- Ensuring parts meet strict dimensional and cosmetic standards
- Supporting quality inspections and rectifying minor defects
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working to tight production deadlines
About You
- Proven experience as a Composite Trimmer
- Experience working with carbon fibre components
- Confident using routers, sanders and air tools
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in motorsport, automotive, aerospace or high-performance manufacturing desirable
