Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Salary: 24,720 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with customers: Answer queries via email, phone, and social media - always leaving a great impression.
• Own the process: Manage orders from start to finish using the ERP system.
• Keep projects on track: Update customers so they're always in the loop.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to keep things moving.
• Improve: Spot opportunities to make service even better.
