Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive

A leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional client service in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Role Overview
You will handle all aspects of residential property transactions, including but not limited to:
- Advising clients on sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Managing ID checks, source of funds verification, gift deposits and risk assessments
- Preparing and issuing contracts
- Handling mortgage redemptions and exchanges of contracts
- Ordering and reporting on property searches
- Reviewing and reporting on titles, leases and raising associated enquiries
- Checking and reporting on mortgages and management packs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with referrers
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with full responsibility for managing your own caseload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Legally qualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
