Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Pinnacle are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, for a contractor based in london, who have lots of interesting and complex rail projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in managing the commercial aspects of railway track-work and infrastructure projects.
• Support with the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents, and contracts.
• Contribute to the financial and contractual administration of various workstreams.
• Help monitor project costs, ensuring financial control and reporting against budgets.
• Collaborate with project teams, design teams, and clients to support project delivery.
• Undertake site visits as required to support commercial activities.

Experience:

• Some relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost management is beneficial, ideally within a construction, infrastructure, or rail environment.

Aspirations:

• An ambitious and motivated individual looking to build a career in the railway sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications for quantity surveying and project management is a plus.

Salary is upto 37,000 plus package.
