A growing multi-site private healthcare organisation in Belfast is seeking an IT Support professional to join its internal team.
This is a hands-on role supporting a modern clinical environment across two Belfast locations. You will work closely with the IT Manager to maintain systems, support users, and contribute to ongoing digital transformation projects - including the transition towards paperless operations.
This is not a high-volume ticket desk role. It offers varied exposure across infrastructure, business systems, hardware, and automation initiatives within a close-knit, people-focused organisation.
You will:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to internal staff
- Troubleshoot hardware, clinic machines and user devices
- Install and configure systems and equipment
- Support CRM and scheduling systems
- Assist with process improvements and paperless initiatives
- Work across two Belfast sites (approx. 10-15 minutes apart)
- Collaborate with an outsourced IT provider where required
You will be the second internal IT hire, working directly alongside the IT Manager.
- Previous IT Support experience (1-3+ years ideal)
- Experience working with a CRM system
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable working directly with end users
- Proactive, approachable and personable
- Full driving licence and access to a car
- An IT qualification or degree is desirable but not essential.
- £30,000 - £34,000 base salary
- Biannual bonus (company + individual performance based)

During the initial probation period, the role will be predominantly onsite to allow for training and integration.
