Permanent Position, 35,000 - 40,000 DOE + Overtime, 25 Days + Bank Holidays , free parking.
A specialist vehicle manufacturer is seeking an electrically biased Workshop Supervisor to lead day-to-day production across vehicle builds, refurbishments and modifications.
The Workshop Supervisor will oversee workshop operations with a strong focus on auto-electrical installation, wiring, diagnostics and electrical integration within specialist vehicles.
Key Responsibilities of the Workshop Supervisor
- Lead H&S, 5S and PPE compliance
- Drive quality standards (ISO9001 / customer specs)
- Deliver against production plan & SIOP targets
- Run daily SQCDP meetings
- Oversee electrical installations, wiring looms and system testing
- Manage NCRs and "no fault forward" processes
- Coach and support auto electricians and workshop technicians
- Control overtime and maintain accurate records
We Would Welcome People to Apply That Have Experience In
- Auto-electrical installations (12v / 24v systems)
- Wiring looms, lighting systems, control panels and diagnostics
- Leading or supervising workshop teams
- Specialist vehicle manufacturing, coachbuilding or modifications
- Maintaining high Health & Safety standards in a production environment
