Senior Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner

Are you a seasoned mortgage professional looking for a dynamic and rewarding role? We are seeking a Senior Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner to a growing HNW brokerage in Oxfordshire.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is CeMAP qualified and eager to leverage their expertise in a pivotal role. Whether youre an experienced Mortgage Administrator with aspirations to become a broker or a former Mortgage Broker looking to utilise their experience without the pressure of targets, this role is tailored for you.

As a Senior Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting the mortgage process from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth research to source the most suitable mortgage products for clients.
  • Managing client onboarding and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Taking applications to the Decision in Principle (DIP) stage.
  • Collaborating with the administration team, who will handle cases through to completion.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
  • Providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Experience required:

  • CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) essential.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Paraplanner or Mortgage Broker.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and the application process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach to work.

Up to £40,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses. Free car parking and benefits.
