Part Time Interim HR Business Partner Day Rate Contract Remainder of 2026

Location: Near to Worcester (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week on-site)

Paying between £236 - £280 a day

An innovative global organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its UK operations on a day-rate contract until the end of 2026.

This is a highly visible and influential role, partnering with a UK manufacturing site alongside remote employees across the country. Depending on experience, there is potential to expand involvement across wider European teams, offering exposure within a truly international environment.

The successful individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping shape organisational performance, culture, and talent strategy while ensuring effective HR delivery across the employee lifecycle.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to operate at both strategic and operational levels - combining business partnering, leadership coaching, and hands on HR expertise within a collaborative, fast paced global organisation.

Working closely with leadership and cross functional stakeholders, the HR Business Partner will play a key role in enabling organisational success through people focused initiatives and strong commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner strategically with UK leadership teams, providing guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, engagement, and change initiatives.
  • Deliver end to end HR support across the employee lifecycle, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with UK employment legislation and best practice.
  • Support organisational transformation, including restructures and change programmes where required.
  • Coach and influence senior leaders to foster high performing, accountable teams.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and shared HR services to ensure seamless people delivery.
  • Contribute to regional and global HR initiatives aligned with experience and seniority.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner within the UK.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
  • Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands on when required.
  • Experience working within matrixed or international organisations.
  • Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and supporting organisational change.
  • Willingness to work on site 2-3 days per week.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Experience supporting European teams or multi country environments would be advantageous and may broaden the scope of the role.

Why Apply?
  • Opportunity to make a tangible impact within a global organisation.
  • High visibility role partnering with senior leadership.
  • Collaborative and purpose driven environment.
  • Flexible engagement via contract or fixed term arrangement.
  • Exposure to international HR projects and transformation initiatives.
