We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and supportive Special school located in Southwark. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to support pupils with additional needs and develop their experience within education and SEN.
The Role:
- Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position
- Based in a supportive and inclusive SEN school in Southwark
- Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and behavioural needs
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about supporting children with SEN
- Committed, patient, and nurturing approach
- Previous experience in a school or care setting (desirable but not essential)
- Keen to gain education and training within the SEN sector
- Able to commit to a full-time role in Southwark
