Academics are proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and welcoming primary school in Kingston upon Thames to appoint an outstanding Year 3 Class Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative KS2 team within a school that combines high academic expectations with a strong focus on pupil wellbeing.

This school has built a reputation for its inclusive ethos, excellent behaviour standards and strong leadership. Senior leaders are visible, approachable and committed to ensuring staff feel supported, valued and empowered in their roles. Teachers are trusted professionals, given autonomy in their classrooms and encouraged to contribute ideas to curriculum development and whole-school improvement.

You will be joining a Year 3 cohort where teamwork and shared planning are central to success. The school welcomes applications from both confident ECTs and experienced KS2 practitioners. For experienced teachers, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities such as subject leadership or mentoring, depending on experience and career goals.

This is more than just a teaching role - it is an opportunity to join a school community that invests in its staff, celebrates success and is committed to long-term professional growth.

If you are ready to take the next step in your teaching career within a supportive and ambitious primary school, we would love to hear from you.
