The role

Reporting to the Board, you will lead the strategic and commercial direction of FPC - strengthening its voice, growing member value and ensuring long term organisational sustainability.

As the sector's principal ambassador, you will unite a diverse membership ranging from entrepreneurial family businesses to multinational operators, building trust while delivering tangible results.

About you

You are a credible, influential senior leader who combines commercial instinct with strategic clarity.

  • Sector understanding across FMCG, fresh produce, horticulture or related industries
