This is a new opportunity for an experienced, self-driven General Manager to provide strong leadership, enhance organisational capability, and support the business's long-term strategic direction.
As the General Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop departmental management teams
- Oversee operational performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement
- Drive efficiency, accountability, and structured problem-solving
- Contribute to strategic planning and long-term business objectives
- Act as senior contact for key customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and health & safety standards
You will have:
- Experience in a leadership role in manufacturing, managing cross functional teams
- Strong operational, commercial, and financial acumen
- Confident communicator with proven leadership presence
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline or relevant experience will be considered
