Job Title: Dual Registered Manager
Location: Leeds, LS27 (Morley)
Salary: 40,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two residential homes (8-bed and 7-bed) supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, and Mental Health needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a manager ready to take multi-site responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage two residential services efficiently

• Lead and support teams across both homes

• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and policies

• Promote high standards of person-centred care

• Oversee staffing, training, and performance management

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior care role

• Previous experience with Learning Disabilities

• Ability to manage multiple teams and sites

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
