Property, Facilities & Maintenance Act as the primary operational contact for studio landlords across all regions, managing lease-related operational matters, service charges, building access, and property issues affecting trading. Plan, coordinate, and oversee renovation, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across UK and US studios, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to FACEGYM standards. Manage maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment servicing across all studios, ensuring rapid resolution of faults and minimal operational disruption. PR & Media Manager Location: Birmingham / Midlands / Hybrid Salary: £34,000 £44,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time (PAYE or alternative contract arrangements considered) Great stories don't find themselves. You do. Are you a PR professional, journalist or communications expert with a talent for spotting compelling stories and turning them into headline-worthy coverage? We're recruiting on behalf of an ambitious and growing organisation looking for an experienced PR & Media Manager to lead proactive and reactive PR activity across a diverse portfolio of brands and clients. This is far more than a traditional press office role. You'll shape PR strategy, build strong media relationships, advise clients and colleagues, and deliver campaigns that make a genuine commercial impact across local, regional, national and specialist media. The Role Working as part of a collaborative marketing and communications team, you'll: Develop and deliver PR strategies aligned with wider marketing, reputation and commercial objectives. Identify compelling news angles and transform complex topics into engaging stories. Write high-quality press releases, feature articles, thought leadership pieces, case studies and executive commentary. Pitch stories to journalists and editors across print, broadcast, digital and trade media. Secure meaningful media coverage that enhances brand reputation and visibility. Deliver both proactive campaigns and reactive media responses. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors and key media contacts. Manage client accounts, ensuring exceptional service, delivery and measurable results. Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, digital, events and communications to deliver integrated campaigns. About You You'll bring a strong understanding of storytelling, media relations and strategic communications. You'll ideally have: 3 5 years' experience in PR, communications, journalism or media relations. Exceptional writing and editing skills. Excellent news judgement and the ability to identify strong media opportunities. Experience pitching to journalists and securing earned media coverage. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Confidence working with senior leaders and client stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, commercially aware and ideas-driven approach. An established network of local, regional or national media contacts would be highly advantageous. What's on Offer? Salary of £34,000 £44,000 , depending on experience. Hybrid working.
