A bit about the roleWe're looking for a Head of Sponsorship to lead and scale Forest's sponsorship offering, owning the full commercial lifecycle from strategy and go-to-market through to deal execution, partner management, and long-term value creation.
This is a senior 360 commercial leadership role focused on commercialising Forest's owned IP, with a primary emphasis on the physical Lead Partner sponsorship across our bike fleet, one of the most visible sponsorship assets in London
The role is predominantly new business focused, with approximately 75% of time spent on new partner acquisition, identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value sponsorship deals. The remaining 25% of time will be dedicated to partner and agency management, ensuring existing partnerships are optimised, renewed, and delivering against commercial objectives.
You will define how Forest's sponsorship assets are positioned, priced, and taken to market, ensuring they realise maximum commercial value. A core part of the role will be forming commercial agreements with agencies, managing those agencies closely, and ensuring they are actively delivering sponsorship opportunities and revenue.
This is a high-impact role requiring deep sponsorship expertise, strong agency relationships, and confidence operating at C-suite level.

You're energised by acquisition, confident in high-stakes negotiations, and disciplined in managing partnerships to long-term success.
We love spending time in the office together, we spend 4 days a week in our Moorgate office and 1 day a weekworking from home.
