Finance Department Manager (Part time)

We are hiring a Finance Department Manager (part time) to join FORCE Cancer Charity during an exciting period of growth.

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, this role combines financial leadership, systems development and team management - with the opportunity to contribute to long term sustainability and impact. Charity sector experience is welcomed.

Main duties

• Lead and develop a dedicated finance team, ensuring robust financial processes.

• Oversee day to day financial and operational management of the charity.

• Improve financial systems, including the implementation of a new fundraising database to support sustainable income generation.

• Provide financial leadership and operational oversight in a varied and hands on remit.

• Shape how the organisation works as we grow, with scope to take on additional responsibilities and progress within the organisation over time.

Working Pattern

Part time - 4 days per week (0.8) - 08:30 - 17:00.
