The Role SEN Support Worker
The role of the SEN Support Worker is for a compassionate and proactive individual who has experience supporting students with additional needs, including ASD and learning difficulties. As a SEN Support Worker, you will be supporting students both inside and outside of the classroom with their academic, social and emotional development. You will be working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, delivering tailored interventions on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to ensure pupils reach their full potential.
