Our Benefits Team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Benefits professional with strong technical skills, particularly in appeals, quality checking, supported exempt accommodation assessment, and subsidy work.
As our Appeals, Quality & Technical Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring high quality, accurate and compliant administration of Housing Benefit and Local Council Tax Reduction. You will also support the wider team in improving processes, developing knowledge and delivering excellent customer service.
