Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Northumberland and surrounding areas
Role Type: Flexible - Full-time & Part-time and permanent opportunities available
School Settings: Primary, Secondary & SEN Schools
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: 90 to 120 per day (depending on experience and role)

What You'll Need:

Experience working with children or young people in Primary, Secondary, or SEN settings is desirable but not essential
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach
Ability to support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Adaptability to work across different school environments and age ranges
No QTS required - ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, experienced support staff, or career changers
