Salary - £25.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting experienced Roofers to carry out general roofing repairs and external building works across social housing stock in Buxton and the High Peak area. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople seeking ongoing work with competitive hourly rates.

The Role

• Carrying out roofing repairs, strip-backs and maintenance across various roof types
• General external works including guttering, soffits, fascias, minor brickwork, pointing and flagging
• Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Liaising with supervisors and schedulers regarding job progress and additional works
• Working across multiple properties within the High Peak region (may involve occasional relocation to nearby sites)

Requirements

• Proven experience in roofing repairs within social housing or similar environments
• Ability to carry out associated building repairs such as pointing, minor brickwork and guttering
• Experience working at height
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• CSCS card desirable
• Good communication and time-management skills

Package

• Up to £25 per hour (dependent on experience)
• CIS payments available
• Ongoing work with immediate starts
• 40 hours per week, Monday Friday
