Job Description

Our client based in Guildford are seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join their busy team for the next 6 months. To be considered you must have previous office based experience, within administration and customer service, In return my client offers a friendly working environment and flexibility to work from home a few days per week.

Duties:

  • Responding to customer emails and calls
  • Coordinating issues that are raised by customers
  • Handling calls to and from customers
  • Record all calls and companies on database
  • Setting up and coordinating appointments
  • Attend team meetings when required

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong systems skills
  • Work well under pressure and towards deadlines
