Job Description
The Residential Property Solicitor will be:
- Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
- Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Dealing with remortgages and associated transactions
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the process
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the firm

- A solicitor who can handle a full caseload of files
- A track record handling freehold, leasehold and remortgage matters
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Client focused with excellent communication skills
