A well-resourced secondary school in Waltham Forest is seeking a confident Chemistry Teacher to join their Science department. This is an opportunity to teach KS3-KS5, with a supportive team, clear schemes of work, and access to CPD for professional development.
The role:
Deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across KS3, KS4, and optionally KS5
Support pupils' progress, attainment, and scientific understanding
Maintain excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation
Contribute to departmental planning and development
Support SEN, SEMH, and EAL students within lessons
Who we're looking for:
Qualified Chemistry Teacher with QTS (ECTs welcome)
Strong subject knowledge and passion for Science
Excellent classroom and behaviour management
Team player, reliable, and committed to student outcomes
