Job Description

You will join one of the largest and most active Corporate groups in the market, advising on a broad mix of corporate and business structuring projects, intra group reorganisations, M&A and private equity matters. The team also advises on LLPs, LLP conversions and European company law.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working on a wide range of technically challenging matters for major multinational and listed clients
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across tax, deals, corporate finance and advisory
  • Developing a deep understanding of client business needs and commercial drivers
  • Supporting the growth and development of the Corporate practice across the regions
  • Handling significant responsibility within high value transactions
  • Managing matters under partner supervision and working closely with other fee earners
  • Assisting with secondee style support for key clients
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The Successful Applicant
  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or an equivalent common law jurisdiction
  • Strong academic background
  • Solid general corporate and private company M&A experience
  • Experience advising on intra group corporate and business structuring
  • Interest in a broad range of corporate work
  • Strong client service mindset
  • 6 to 7 years PQE or higher
  • A team player who can also work independently when required
  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Willingness to support business development and networking activity
