Director - Membership & Growth Leeds (Hybrid)

Harvey Nash is proud to have been exclusively engaged by a leading UK media organisation to recruit a Director of Membership & Growth to take ownership of a high profile digital membership proposition within its rapidly growing streaming and digital business.

This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for driving sustainable membership growth, viewer revenue, and long term customer engagement across a large scale, consumer facing platform.

You will shape the strategic direction, commercial performance, and evolution of a major digital proposition at the heart of the organisation's future growth strategy.

We are particularly interested in senior leaders with a strong track record in digital subscription, D2C, or platform based businesses, ideally within media, technology, or high scale consumer digital environments.

• Own and define the strategic vision for the digital membership proposition
• Lead cross functional growth initiatives and performance objectives
• Drive proposition design, positioning, and audience strategy
• Lead commercial optimisation, including pricing, packaging, and revenue modelling
• Own end to end customer lifecycle performance, including acquisition, retention, and churn reduction

• Demonstrable experience leading subscription or recurring revenue models
• Strong commercial and monetisation expertise
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle and retention mechanics
• Advanced data driven decision making capability
• Experience shaping and evolving digital propositions
• Proven ability to influence at executive and board level
