SEN/SEMH Teacher - Special School
Salary: £37,869.52 - £50,474 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

The RoleAs an SEN/SEMH Teacher, you will:
Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
Deliver differentiated instruction to support academic, social, and emotional development
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals to provide holistic support
Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure positive outcomes
Maintain accurate records and contribute to school reporting and assessment processes
Participate in professional development to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN/SEMH education
We're looking for someone who is:
A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in SEN/SEMH
Confident in SEN/SEMH teaching methodologies and evidence-based strategies
Passionate about working with neurodiverse learners
Skilled in building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Comfortable using technology to enhance learning
