This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or anyone with experience supporting young people, whether through coaching, tutoring, youth work, mentoring, or voluntary roles, who are keen to explore a future career in teaching. We partner with several friendly and forward-thinking schools in and around Bromsgrove, many of which have an ongoing need for dependable Cover Supervisors. What You Will Do As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects Create and maintain a positive, focused learning environment Encourage student participation and ensure pupils stay on task Provide clear written feedback for the classroom teacher Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies What We're Looking For We welcome applicants who have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine interest in supporting young people Good literacy and numeracy skills Confidence working across different subjects and year groups Classroom experience (desirable, not essential) To be considered, you must have at least 20 days of experience working with children or young people within the last 5 years , or be a recent graduate.
