London (with hybrid working - a minimum of one full day per week in the office)

They are now looking for a 16-19 Evidence Mobilisation Manager to join them on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week, including breaks, for a fixed-term contract until August 2027. Secondments will also be considered.

The Role
As the 16-19 Evidence Mobilisation Manager, you will lead the development and day-to-day management of our client's evidence work for 16-19 year olds.
Working with the National Delivery Manager and the wider Evidence Mobilisation team, you will ensure effective project management, governance and quality assurance.
Specifically, you'll oversee annual planning and monitoring processes, manage grant agreements and financial processes, and co-ordinate training, partnership meetings and multi-day in-person events.
You will also co-ordinate links with other mobilisation networks, support the production of blogs and case studies to exemplify practice, and contribute to the medium- and long-term development of 16-19 networks.
Additionally, you will:
- Co-ordinate governance processes and manage grant and financial arrangements
- Facilitate collaboration between the network and other organisational networks
- Manage future membership recruitment and selection processes
- Engage 16-19 stakeholders to inform the ongoing development of mobilisation strategy
About You
To be considered as the 16-19 Evidence Mobilisation Manager, you will need:
- Experience working in a 16-19 setting or in another role directly related to the 16-19 sector
- Successful project management experience, developing and delivering complex initiatives
- Experience managing effective relationships with partners and external stakeholders
- A good understanding of the 16-19 education landscape
- An understanding of issues related to socio-economic inequality in education and skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- A willingness to travel regularly and occasionally stay overnight
