Main duties of the jobAs the Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing team at Reene House, a healthcare facility that provides support and services to individuals with a range of needs. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and guiding the nursing team, promoting and safeguarding the well-being of service users, employees, and visitors, and ensuring that standards of patient care are maintained at all times. You will also be involved in the pre admission assessment process, customer and contract liaison, and deputizing for the Unit Manager when required.
