Adult Social Care Lawyer
Rate: 55- 65 per hour - Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 3-6-month initial contract

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer in the northeast region.
The successful candidate will manage a varied and complex caseload, providing high-quality legal advice, advocacy and representation in sensitive and high-impact matters, including Court of Protection and Deprivation of Liberty cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on Adult Social Care and Mental Health law, including Deprivation of Liberty matters.
- Managing and conducting cases in Courts and Tribunals, including instructing Counsel where required.
- Representing the Council in the Court of Protection and County Court.
About You
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEx.
- Proven experience handling Adult Social Care and Mental Health caseloads.
- Strong advocacy skills and experience of court proceedings.
