Job responsibilitiesMedway NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Consultant to join the innovative SMART Virtual Ward one of the UK's largest virtual inpatient services, supporting up to 260 patients across Medway and Swale. This role is central to improving patient flow, reducing avoidable admissions, and delivering high quality acute medical care to patients safely at home through remote monitoring, virtual consultations, and close multidisciplinary collaboration.
