Location: Birmingham
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 17:00 - 19:30
Pay Rate: 12.65 per hour

We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Janitor to carry out daily cleaning duties within a professional facility. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean labs, washrooms, offices, hallways, and cafeteria areas
• Dispose of waste and manage recycling
• Dust and polish surfaces and fixtures
• Replenish supplies (paper towels, soap, garments, etc.)
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report low stock
• Carry out occasional deep cleaning tasks (e.g. floor stripping/waxing)
• Keep external areas tidy (walkways, smoking areas)
• Respond to cleaning and facilities requests promptly

What We're Looking For

• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills
• Basic English proficiency
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in an indoor environment with possible exposure to dust, noise, or odours
• Experience in pharmaceutical or food production environments is beneficial but not essential
