Customer Service Coordinator- Neath

What you'll be doing:
- Handle customer enquiries by phone and email in the spare parts team
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders
- Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
- Coordinate couriers and monitor deliveries
- Maintain accurate records on internal systems
This is what you'll need:
- Customer service or order processing experience via telephone and email
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments or similar
- Experience working with parts, spares, or components
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using internal order management systems
- IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
