Position: Employee Relations Manager
Location: 17 Europa View, Sheffield Business Park, S9 1HX (with some ad-hoc travel to our care Homes)
Contract type: Full time 40 hours
Rate: £38,451 per annum plus £3,000 car allowance
This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing organisation as an ER Manager.
In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting the professional and fair management of employee relations cases.

About the roleAs an ER Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you'll work within the Employee Relations (ER) Team and support our Operational Teams to ensure a professional, fair and consistent approach to our organisations policies and procedures to minimise risk, thus promoting a positive ER culture within the business.
