Responsibilities Individual activity planning based on residents' unique goals and interests. Fostering community spirit through group activities. Supporting residents to maintain current and discover new hobbies, interests and educational opportunities. Encouraging resident participation in local community events. Celebrating national awareness days, holidays and resident achievements. Promoting choice, dignity and independence in all activities. Maintaining accurate records of activity plans and progress.
