Are you ready to lead a nurturing, safe, and inspiring children s home? We re seeking an experienced Registered Manager to make a real difference in young people s lives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care.

• Ensure compliance with Children s Homes Regulations and high standards.

• Safeguard young people and work with professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

• Manage budgets, resources, and a supportive home environment.

• Drive continuous improvement and uphold the home s values.

You ll need:

• Proven experience in children s residential care management.

• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation.

• Leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People s Workforce and Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willing to achieve).

• Full UK driving licence.
