We are looking for a Junior Housing Management Solicitor to join our high-performing, collaborative team, delivering responsive and innovative legal support across the Group.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or someone working towards qualification who is passionate about social housing and looking to develop their advocacy, case management and business partnering skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
The salary for this role is up to £43,601. A qualified solicitor is preferred; however, we would consider a part-qualified candidate on a development plan.
In this case, the starting salary would be slightly lower, with a structured progression to the full salary on successful completion of the development plan.
Working pattern: This is a hybrid role, primarily based at our Liverpool office, with regular travel to our St Helens and Warrington locations in line with business needs.
There is flexibility to work from home; however, core team days will be held in Liverpool on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
The role will also require occasional attendance at court hearings, so a flexible approach to travel and working arrangements is essential.
Travel to other offices may be required in line with business needs.
Travel to your designated base office is not claimable; however, mileage for travel beyond your base location will be reimbursed in line with company policy.
What you will be doingCandidates will be invited to in-person interviews, which will include a competency-based interview and a presentation.

Interviews will take place on Monday 16th, Tuesday 17th, and Thursday 19th March 2026 at our Liverpool City Centre office.
